December 7, 2008 - Congratulations to DoP Anthony Dod Mantle, BSC and Director Danny Boyle for winning the the coveted Golden Frog award for "Slumdog Millionaire" at the 2008 Cameraimage Film Festival. Unlike other film-festival formats, Cameraimage is a non-traditional festival designed as a venue to showcase excellence in cinematography, with the top-prize, the Golden Frog, being awarded to the film which possess the best-in-class visually aesthetic and technical values.

December 4, 2008 - "Slumdog Millionaire" is awarded the Best Film for 2008 by the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures.
December 1, 2008 - "Slumdog Millionaire", a feature film directed by Danny Boyle, with cinematography by Anthony Dod Mantle BSC, and shot with the SI-2K digital cinema camera system, was screened at Camerimage Film Festival in the packed Grand Theatre.
